Did you know, that during the filming of the movie "The Man From Snowy River", actor Kirk Douglas lived in this very residence! It has changed significantly since then, and has only just been completely renovated.

Four separate bedrooms comfortably accommodate 10 guests in the following configuration:

• 1 x King Room
• 1 x Queen Room
• 1 x Twin Room
• 1 x Double Bunk Room

There are two bathrooms, the main with a heated spa bath.

The second bathroom has a separate W/C.

Fully equipped laundry (for longer stays obviously) including a dryer and an iron (if you're really keen!). Plenty of outside clothesline space too!

The kitchen is very modern, with oven, convection microwave, and dishwasher. All new. There are ample appliances including rice cooker, slow cooker, and a coffee machine that makes a great cafe latte the old-fashioned way (none of these fancy coffee 'disks').

Downstairs is the separate living area - a lounge with large leather couches, inviting open fireplace, stereo system to play your CD, 50" plasma screen TV with full digital reception, DVD player and even a Wii game console.

There are plenty of outdoor spaces (naturally), with BBQ, chiminea, an abundance of tables and chairs, as well as relaxing bench chairs by the dam (which is really a small lake!).

There is undercover parking as well.
